Barns Green head to the coast to take on Shoreham in top half of the table clash.
Barns Green come out victorious in a 22-8 win the last time these two sides met but much has changed since this game.
Shoreham sit 1st in the table above Barns Green in third. Since their loss to Barns Green, they have gone on to win their games against Steyning in a close encounter but then shocking the league with a 30-5 win against league leaders Haywards Heath.
Barns Green have had a mixed bag of results. They went on to beat Steyning away they failed to get a result in their other two fixtures both against Haywards Heath. Although they lost their games against Haywards Heath, they did put on a strong display against a well drilled squad. Barns Green have also had the luxury of an extra weeks rest so a number of injured players will be returning for this anticipated fixture.
This will be a big clash. Both teams have eyes for the top spot and this result will have implications on the final leg of the season. A bonus point win for Barns Green will lift them into second equal on points against with Shoreham. A win for Shoreham will extend their lead which will be pivotal as they are yet to face Haywards Heath away.
Both teams have a lot to fight for so it will be a huge clash which will determine who could go up next season.
