Barns Green welcome the Azurians back to the Field of Dreams in an attempt to get their season back on track.
This will be the third time these teams have faced each other with Barns Green taking the spoils each time.
The first fixture was a hotly contested affair in the rain which was low on points but high in physicality with Barns Green coming out 12 - 0 victors. Their second game at Worthing was starkly different. After building a confident 26 point lead by half time, the game turned on it's head when Worthing came out fighting bagging 19 unanswered points to give the visitors a scare. On this occasion Barns Green managed to hold on in what was a fast paced action packed game.
Since the last encounter, Worthing enjoyed a comprehensive win against Steyning and were beating Haywards Heath until a last minute try snatched the victory away from them. Worthing have had a tough season and will be looking to build on their performance against Haywards Heath to finish this season strong. You'd be a fool to think this will be anything but a walk over.
Barns Green on the other hand have had a run of tough results against the league leaders. After going 8 games unbeaten, they have suffered three losses on the bounce in highly competitive games, two of which they feel they could have won. With two games remaining, Barns Green will also look to bounce back and finish the season winning at home.
With only one loss at home so far this season, the Field of Dreams has been a favourable ground for the green and gold. It's been a long time since they last played at their home pitch and this might just be what's needed to turn their form around.
There is still lots to play for with two games remaining so it will be a huge contest between two teams looking to prove a point.
